Our Scrolls and Halachic Reliability
Every mezuzah scroll we sell is hand-written by certified sofrim and inspected for halachic compliance before shipment. Each mezuzah includes a unique QR code providing access to the scroll's certification details, the sofer's information, and an image record of the scroll itself.
We stand behind the kashrus and accurate representation of every scroll at the time of shipment. If your rav or a sofer identifies a legitimate halachic concern with a scroll you have purchased, please contact us and we will assist appropriately, including inspection, replacement, repair, or refund as the situation warrants. Further details are set out in our Shipping & Returns Policy.
Once a mezuzah leaves our facility, the customer is responsible for proper installation, periodic checking in accordance with halacha, and ongoing care of the scroll.
